Two things worth knowing: tracking usually takes a few days to start updating after dispatch, and a parcel can sit on the same status for a while in transit — neither means it is lost. Typical total delivery is three to five weeks. If yours is outside that, email contact@pawsprestige.org with your order number and chasing it becomes our job, not yours.
